Frequently asked questions
Open the TabLX popup, go to Settings (gear icon in the top-right), and paste your Whop license key into the License Key field. Click Activate. TabLX will validate it and upgrade your account to Pro instantly. Your key is cached locally for 24 hours so it works offline too.
Make sure you entered the license key in the Settings screen inside the extension popup — not your Whop account password or email. The key is a string beginning with license_. If you can't locate it, log in to your Whop account and find it under your purchases. If the problem persists, contact us via the button below.
Sessions survive browser updates automatically. If you reinstall or move to a new device, use the Export feature (Pro) to save a JSON backup first, then import it on the new installation. The free tier saves up to 3 sessions locally without any backup option.
TabLX is currently designed as a toolbar popup extension. Full sidebar support is on our roadmap. In the meantime you can pin the extension to your Edge toolbar for quick one-click access.
This permission is used exclusively to validate your Pro license key. One request is made to Whop's API when you enter a key, and the result is cached for 24 hours. No browsing data or session content is ever sent to Whop.
Yes. TabLX is built on Manifest V3 and is fully compatible with both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. A single Pro license key works on both browsers. Sessions are stored per-browser locally — they don't sync across browsers automatically.
